It is with great sadness that we learned of the passing of local artist and community activist Carl Butler. He gave so much of himself and his art to the Frederick community and he will be greatly missed.
We will be hosting a fund for Individual Artist Awards in memory of Carl Butler, as supporting local individual artists was something he was passionate about.
