Conference Room
The Conference Room is approximately 300 sq. ft. and can accomodate up to 18 people. The Conference Room is fitted out with a large meeting table and chairs. This room is ideal for board meetings, small workshops, classes, and planning sessions.

This room is availble for all FAC member organizations to use for up to two hours each month for free. Additionally, organizations that rent office space in the Cultural Arts Center have access to the Conference Room at no charge as time allows.

Office Space
The Cultural Arts Center offers Several 10’x10’ office rooms for rent on a monthly/yearly basis for qualified arts/nonprofit organizations. Various amenities can be included with office rental, such as phone, internet, copier access, and administrative services. Please contact the Facility Manager for more information.

Window Displays
The windows at the Cultural Arts Center (CAC) are available for use by renters of the Cultural Arts Center of Frederick County. The FAC also utilizes the window space for special promotions and initiatives. Other organizations or businesses can rent the window space upon availability.

Four windows are available at the CAC, two on Market Street and two on W. Patrick Street. One window on each side is reserved for informational exhibits, including posters and fliers for upcoming arts events. The other window on each street is reserved for full window displays.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR CAC WINDOW DISPLAYS

Full Window Displays
 Windows are typically booked for two-week periods. Shorter and longer durations may be optional based on schedule and availability.
 There is a window display application and The windows are booked on a first-come, first serve basis. Windows are typically reserved several months in advance so please plan ahead!
 Displays must promote events at the CAC only.
 Windows must be decorated in a professional manner. No handwritten literature will be accepted. Displays should be visual, attractive, and colorful.
 The display cannot be considered graphic in nature.
 Tape cannot be placed on any of the glass.
 All professional displays are the responsibility of the organization represented. FAC/CAC Staff are not responsible for setting up or tearing down the display.
 Organizations are expected to set up and tear down their display on the date and time agreed upon in the Window Display Contract.

Information Windows
 Posters should be 81/2″ x 11″ or 11” x 17”.
 All literature will be placed by FAC staff only.
 No handwritten literature will be accepted.
 The CAC will accept up to 2 posters for the windows.
 Posters are changed out on Tuesdays and will remain up no longer than one month. All posters will be removed after the last date of the event has passed. Posters will not be returned. You must be a member of the Frederick Arts Council to have your poster displayed.

Brochure Rack
 Brochures must be must be no larger than 8 ½ x 11
 All brochures must be approved by FAC staff. FAC staff will place all approved brochures on the display rack. Brochures will be placed on Tuesdays and the brochures will be removed after the last advertised event date. Brochures will not be returned.
 The FAC will not keep inventory of any literature. Restocking or replenishing of literature will be the responsible of the organization.
You must be a member of the Frederick Arts Council to display your brochures.
