of Frederick County is located in the heart of the Frederick historic district at 15 West Patrick Street, directly across from the Weinberg Center for the Performing Arts.

The black box theater is an intimate setting with seating for 114 in a full thrust configuration. It is equipped for lighting and sound and features a flexible staging area. Concessions are available on request. The space has been successfully used for dance and drama performances, awards ceremonies, fashion shows, auditions and training workshops by TAWA Dance Company, Maryland Ensemble Theatre, the FUN Company, Artistic Dance Center, Frederick County Public Schools and many others.

Rehearsal, classroom and meeting space is available with a variety of options. Our facility features a large open hall, which recently accommodated 400 attendees at a Maryland Historical Society exhibition. This space is often utilized for rehearsals and classes by theater groups and children's performing arts camps. There is also a closed area currently in use as a dance studio and meeting room. Conference tables and chairs are available on the premises.

Office space in our administrative wing is also available on a yearly or short-term basis.
